Introduction

Welcome to CEB Consultants. These are our standard terms of business, and are a guide to what we do and how we operate.

We offer a wide range of services from Energy Contracts: Water Contract, Energy Management, Mobile Phone Contracts, Broad Band, Land Lines, Through to Renewable Technologies, like Solar Installations Etc.  A full list of services can be viewed on our web site.

What we do

We negotiate contracts on your behalf to secure the most competitive rates available.

We also provide regular market insights and updates to help you make informed decisions.

Together with ongoing management offering continuous support of your contracts ensuring optimal cost savings are achieved.

Fee Structure

Our costs are covered either with a fee or agreed commissions built into your contracts.

Fees are paid monthly at the agreed amount and start date.

We will issue invoices each month.

We strive to provide the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the preceding six months.

Client Responsibilities

We will request all relevant information and rely on clients to ensure we have all the necessary information and documentation to facilitate our services.

Prompt notification of any changes in your requirements or relevant business circumstances.

Confidentiality

All client information and business dealings are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Term and Termination

For fee-based clients all monthly fees will continue to be paid until the day of the last contract we negotiate on your behalf finishes.

Our fee-based contract can be terminated by giving us termination in writing.

Governing Law

Our terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
