What should I do before my go-live date?

Step 1: Take a Meter Reading Today

  • Take a manual meter reading now (even if you have a Smart Meter).

  • Send this reading to your current supplier immediately.

  • This gives us time to help resolve any billing issues that may arise.

Step 2: Prepare for Switch Day

  • Set a reminder to take another reading on the day your new contract starts.

  • If switching to a new supplier, submit the reading to both your previous and new suppliers.

Step 3: Send Us Your Reading

  • Email the switch day reading to us so we have it on file.

  • This helps us support you in case of any disputes or questions later on.

What if I have an outstanding balance?

Important: Make sure your account with your current supplier is fully paid.
Outstanding balances can lead to switch objections or delays, which may incur additional costs.
